Welcome to The Food Sutra Company! By using our website (www.foodsutra.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

This website is operated by The Food Sutra Company, based in Delhi NCR, India. We are FSSAI certified and committed to providing authentic, high-quality vegetarian products.

2. Product Information

All products listed under our brands MasalaSutra and Pickledom are made from vegetarian ingredients and are shelf-stable for one year from the date of manufacture. Once opened, pickles should be refrigerated and consumed within 8 weeks.

We strive to ensure accuracy in all product details, but natural variations may occur. Product packaging, colors, or textures may differ slightly from images shown online.

3. Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, UPI, or Credit/Debit Cards. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries are handled directly by The Food Sutra Company. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier issues, natural disruptions).

5. Returns & Replacements

As outlined in our Returns Policy, we do not accept returns of opened items. Replacements are provided for wrong or damaged products only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of The Food Sutra Company and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, misuse, or delayed delivery.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR.
